Since our courses are digital products and provide immediate access to proprietary knowledge and downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the course is purchased.
Refunds may only be considered if there is a technical error from our side (e.g., double payment or failure to provide access even after 48 hours of payment).
If your money is deducted but you don't get access, please email cybercrimeunitsrs@gmail.com with your transaction ID. We will resolve it within 24-48 hours.
One-on-one mentorship sessions and offline workshop bookings are non-refundable.
